It’s time for some relief on the road! With fuel prices continuing to climb,
Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) is stepping up to support the
transport sector with the KaBiyahe Rebate Program.
If you are a bus operator, a modernized PUV driver, or a Class 3 vehicle
owner, this is the news you’ve been waiting for. Here is everything you need
to know to get your toll fare rollback.
What is the KaBiyahe Rebate Program?
The program is a temporary toll fare rollback for NLEX, SCTEX, and CAVITEX.
It’s designed to cushion the impact of rising fuel costs for public utility
vehicles and large haulers.
- Coverage Dates: March 23, 2026, to May 22, 2026.
- Application Window: March 23 to April 5, 2026.
Who Can Avail?
The program is open to Prepaid Easytrip RFID subscribers with a positive
balance who are not currently enrolled in other discount programs.
Specifically:
- Class 2 PUBs & Modern PUVs: Must be LTFRB-accredited with a valid Certificate of Franchise.
- Class 3 Vehicles: Large trucks and trailers.
- Special Note: Class 1 PUJs will continue to use the NLEX Passada Card, while the Abante Program is being reactivated for CAVITEX members.
How to Join: Don't Miss the Deadline!
The process differs slightly depending on your vehicle classification:
For Class 3 Vehicles
Good news: You are automatically enrolled! Just ensure your Easytrip RFID is
active and has no negative balance. No paperwork is required.
For Class 2 PUBs and Modern PUVs
You must apply manually between March 23 and April 5. Follow these steps:
- Download: Get the form at bit.ly/KaBiyaheRebate.
- Prepare Documents: Scan your OR/CR, LTFRB Certificate of Public Convenience (or Provisional Authority), Government ID, and your Easytrip RFID card.
- Submit: Email everything to customercare@mptc.com.ph with the subject line: KaBiyahe Rebate Program Application.
Pro-Tip: Don't wait until April 5! The application window is short
(only two weeks), so gather your documents now to ensure your fleet enjoys the
rollback starting March 23.
