What are the Required Travel Documents?

For passengers traveling from Baguio to Cubao:
Travel Authority
Medical Certificate
Valid Government-issued ID

For passengers traveling from CUBAO to BAGUIO as Tourist:
1. QR Coded-Tourist Pass (QTP). You can get them at: https://visita.baguio.gov.ph/
2. A negative antigen swab test result (valid 72 hours before departure), or have yourself swabbed at the Antigen Swab test booth at their Cubao Terminal or upon arrival at their triage facility in Baguio City. Price for the swab test is Php 1,300.




Victory Liner will operate bus service to and from these terminals, but they will not operate as passenger pick up and drop off at other locations. In simpler terms, the December bus routes are only exclusive to Cubao and Baguio City terminals.

Fare is set at Php 576 for a one-way trip.
