4 commuter bike brands under ₱10,000 that you can buy directly online

In these times of the coronavirus GCQ (general community quarantine), Filipinos have taken up cycling to commute or to keep doing some physical activity safely. Bicycle advocates have recommended cycling as the healthiest option for necessary trips to work, and the government is taking the opportunity to build kilometers of bike lanes along EDSA as a way to cope with the outbreak and the lack of public transportation. Commuting by bicycle can be awesome, and it could even improve your day. Compared to traveling by car, it’s earth-friendly and wallet-friendly. But when deciding to buy the best type of bicycle for you, you have to think about on what kind of riding are you planning to do, how important is ride quality and what your budget is like. WATCH: Baron Geisler vs Kiko Matos URCC fight night video

It's not much of a fight, but let's admit it -- we WERE entertained. The Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) Baron Geisler vs Kiko Matos fight event had the two actors whacking each other in a two-round mixed martial arts exhibition fight held at the Valkyrie in Taguig City on Saturday, June 25. Some were frustrated yet more were amused. It was a street brawl between two men letting off their steam inside the URCC octagon. There weren't a lot of punches thrown, nor were there kicks flying out in mid-air like in the regular MMA fights that we've seen so far. Nonetheless, the event did earn plenty of cheers from the crowd. All 3 judges scored the fight 19-19 -- DRAW. WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW: WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS POST? Share your ideas by commenting.

What we like about the new NIKE FLYKNIT AIRMAX

THERE'S a new footgear for runners who need full comfort and style every time they make the sprint -- the NIKE FLYKNIT AIRMAX of 2015. Nike is better known as one of the leaders in cushioning technologies, and has been using these as a vantage selling point for their shoes. In fact, they're the ones who pioneered the idea of taking away the foams and putting air bags inside the sole of a shoe – an innovation started by ex-aerospace engineers named Frank Rudy and Bob Bogert. REVIEW We usually rate our shoes in four criteria: First thing to consider is the weight. Nobody wants to carry a load-ful of rubber on his feet. Though the Air Max technology in  the Nike Flyknit Air Max is expected to be heavy due to the large air cushioning unit that covers the full length of the underfoot, it has the lightest uppers known in the market -- the Flyknit woven uppers. These shoes are not only for running, they're also perfect for traveling and daily training. Beauty and fo...
